Sable’s Assignment - Find a Company Mascot

Have you ever seen a Unicorn? Is it possible you have and didn’t realize it?

Sable’s home on her mountain
Last week Sable was assigned a task, find an animal mascot which best represents one of this blog sponsors Chris D. Hilton and Associates Home/Building Inspections. She has access to the side of her mountain and the adjacent Cherokee National Forest. There are populations of many animals including, but far from limited to, bears, deer, mountain lions, bobcats, rattlesnakes, chipmunks, squirrels, skunks, raccoons, opossums, field mice, every variety and size of bird one can imagine from eagles down and on and on. You would think it would be an easy task.
Upon her return she advises that she couldn’t find a single animal which clearly represents the company. She advised that she talked with the fairies 🧚‍♀️ hiding in the massive rock formation on the ridge line and requested their assistance explaining the company like this:

“The company isn’t like other companies, is rare and highly valued by its clients and the agents who recommend them. Their performance is stellar inspecting every home as if their children were the buyers and their grandchildren would occupy the home. They provide extras over and above the home inspection and report adding value in excess of their inspection fee. This includes various warranty coverages, a buyback guarantee, keeping the agents they work with in front of their clients multiple times a month, for free, FOREVER, conducting per-listing inspections for sellers, actually assisting the listing agent selling their listings.”

The fairies response “There is no such animal in the real world and only one in the mystical world which comes near fitting what you seek. Return tomorrow and we will arrange for you to meet one.”

Returning on the next day the fairies explain that the mystical animal since it was first named of lore around the 1200s has gone on to represent “a person or thing that is rare and highly valued,” whether that’s a billion-dollar start up or that special someone in your life. You will find one, with her child, on your return home. Indeed on return home Mama April and her Baby Angel were on the living room rug in Sable’s Winston-Salem home.

Yes, only a mystical Unicorn is capable of clearly representing, as a mascot, for Chris D. Hilton and Associates Home/Building Inspection.

Well Sable, it appears a Unicorn it will be. Will they be able to stay with us? Only if I agree to share my deli roast Beef, chicken, cabbage, litter box and you agree to return them to their mountain every four days. I think we can arrange that. Does their poop sparkle?

If you are a Realtor you can learn what makes Chris D. Hilton Home/Building Inspections a true Unicorn by clicking on Mama April and Baby Angel above.

If you are considering buying or selling a home, having the best possible inspection and extras valued above the fee you pay,  please click on the icing on the cake below.

Many of you requested more of the Adventures of Sable shared on Chris’s FaceBook page. Decided to connect that with the adventures we share about our Mountain Home, Home Inspections and Pam’s Real Estate Adventures in one place on this new Blog. Now Sable, April and Angel are exhausted and need a nap.

Or was Sable only dreaming? It isn’t possible that Unicorns, or such a home inspection company, could possibly be real. Could they?
