Amazingly, the Unicorns refused to be photographed with these issues. Need I say more? The home is under contract and wasn't all that bad but this shows what the sellers market has done to the presentation of homes on the market. Obviously, the seller doesn't give a damn because they don't need to, or possibly can't afford to deal with these issues. Likely cost a lot more negotiating due diligence than to fix any of this. From my perspective these are invitations to a lowball price or reduction for repairs. I will not horrify you with interior photos in the actual MLS sales information. Photos by our own Josh Hedges.
