Alligator In The Attic

The old man said that he has been advised a python was loose in a house, encountered skunks, raccoons, opossums, snakes, mice, rats, dogs, cats, chickens, spiders and millions of camel crickets in crawlspaces. Birds, squirrels, mice, rats, bats, snakes and a unicorn in attics. He has NEVER encountered an alligator. So you are uncomfortable with unicorns, how about an alligator. Three hours ago Chris was notified by a friend in Wilmington of this event. Two hours ago one of our home inspectors posted it on our private company FaceBook page. That is all well and good but now it is official from our North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board and WECT News 6 from Wilmington.
